Applicable bank, payment gateway, or transaction charges may be deducted.
Other Conditions
- Late Pickup: Rental time starts from the agreed pickup time. No refund for late arrival.
- Early Return: Unused rental days are non-refundable.
- Booking Changes: Date, vehicle, or rental-period changes are subject to availability and applicable charges.
- Security Deposit: Handled separately and refunded after vehicle inspection, subject to applicable deductions.
- RCN Cancellation: If RCN cancels a confirmed booking, we may offer an alternative vehicle/date or applicable refund.
- Refund Time: Approved refunds are normally processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds are normally made to the original payment method where possible.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is separate from the booking payment and is handled according to the applicable Self-Drive Rental Agreement.
Where applicable, deductions may be made for:
- Vehicle damage
- Traffic fines or penalties
- Late-return charges
- Fuel or EV charging costs
- Missing equipment or accessories
- Recovery or towing costs
- Other customer liabilities under the rental agreement
Important
The applicable refund amount is calculated based on the exact cancellation date and time compared with the scheduled pickup date and time.

बुकिङ रद्द तथा फिर्ता रकम सम्बन्धी सर्तहरू
१. सवारी लिने मिति भन्दा ७ दिन वा सोभन्दा अगाडि बुकिङ रद्द गरेमा, बैंक/भुक्तानी शुल्क कटाई बाँकी रकम फिर्ता गरिनेछ।
२. सवारी लिने मिति भन्दा ३ देखि ६ दिन अगाडि बुकिङ रद्द गरेमा, जम्मा रकमको ७५% फिर्ता गरिनेछ।
३. सवारी लिने मिति भन्दा ४८ घण्टा भित्र बुकिङ रद्द गरेमा, रकम फिर्ता हुने छैन।
४. ग्राहक तोकिएको समय र स्थानमा सवारी लिन उपस्थित नभएमा (No-Show), बुकिङ स्वतः रद्द भई कुनै रकम फिर्ता गरिने छैन।
५. सवारी समयभन्दा अगाडि फिर्ता गरेमा, प्रयोग नभएको अवधिको भाडा रकम फिर्ता गरिने छैन।
६. फिर्ता योग्य रकम स्वीकृत भएपछि ३ देखि ७ कार्यदिनभित्र ग्राहकको बैंक खाता वा सोही भुक्तानी माध्यमबाट फिर्ता गरिनेछ।
७. बैंक, कार्ड, eSewa, Khalti वा अन्य भुक्तानी प्रणालीका सेवा शुल्क तथा कारोबार शुल्क फिर्ता योग्य हुने छैनन्।
